Kamran Ahmad is a financial analyst and academic specializing in financial data analysis, performance evaluation, and strategic recommendations. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.


Early Life and Education

Kamran Ahmad completed his early education at Jeevan Marg Sophia Sec. School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Aligarh Muslim University, one of India’s most prestigious educational institutions. He has achieved a CGPA of 7.5/10. In Fall 2023, he enrolled in the Master’s program in Finance at the University of Bridgeport.

Ahmad considers Aligarh Muslim University and the University of Bridgeport as his alma maters. These institutions significantly shaped his academic and professional trajectory, providing him with the foundation for his career in finance.


Career

Work Experience

Ahmad gained practical experience as a Financial Analyst at Predica Inc. in Michigan, United States. During his tenure, he:

  • Calculated financial ratios for firms.
  • Assessed corporate performance.
  • Provided recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Leadership Roles

He served as a managing director of the Student Educational Welfare Association, where he led a team of 20 core members and 50 volunteers, organizing various programs to promote education and welfare initiatives.

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Ahmad has participated in workshops on stress management and academic conferences, including those focusing on finance and commerce. He founded the Student Talent Hunt Team, which promotes education in remote areas and organized competitions to identify and nurture young talent. Later in 2021, it got registered under section-8 of the Companies Act, 20213 with name ‘Student Educational Welfare Association‘.
